Q. How long before my food  arrives?
A. Generally between 45-55minutes, it might be less, if it is more than that we'll call you.

Q. Can I order from more than one restaurant?
A. Most certanly, our policy is $5.00 delivery fee / restaurant. If you order from 2 restaurants in the same area than we give you a discount on a delivery fee.

Q. Is my food still going to be hot when it arrives?
A. Yes!  We keep your food hot and safe in a thermo bag. 

Q:How does this work?  
A. We are the delivery service for all the restaurants listed on this site. We take your order by phone or internet and place it with the restaurant. We dispatch a Mobile waiter to pick up the food, pack it in an insulated carrier and deliver it directly to you. Usually your Driver will be waiting at the restaurant when the food comes out of the kitchen.

Q: Will my food be 45 minutes old?  
A.  No, we will not order your food until a driver is in the area for the pick up. We would rather wait then make your food wait. Since our drivers only recieve one order at a time, your food will be brought directly to your door as if you had picked it up yourself.

Q: Do we need to tip the driver?  
A.  The driver is only paid by the delivery charge per order. Most customers include a customary
10%-15% tip. Your driver should be considered a mobile waiter.

Q:How can I put special requests on my online order? 
A.  Whenever you have a special request, click the EDIT button next to your item and type your request.  If you have a food allergy, please note that, too.  Requesting extras may cost more and will be added to your total when necessary.

Q:Does the meal courier check my order?  
A.  Your Driver relies on the restaurant staff to prepare and pack your order accurately.  For your health safety assurance, Drivers are not allowed to open containers.  Please take a moment to check your order before your Mobile waiter leaves.
